HOW WE WORK
What Ollivander actually did
The wand maker in harry potter did not sell wands off a shelf. He matched a wand to the person in front of him — core, length, the feel of it.
That is closer to our work than a catalogue is. You bring the customer, the market and the look; we work out which mechanism belongs inside it. Six configurations, and one of them is right for what you are selling — from the Fireball Wand to the Almighty Wand Pro.
All we need is a sketch. A hand drawing, a rough idea, or a sentence that begins “if only it could do this” — we turn custom harry potter wand designs into something that can be tooled and produced. Development runs under $2,000.

TOOLING
Five hundred pieces is enough to open a mould
Most factories only run hard steel tooling, which prices small buyers out before the conversation starts. What we run for the first batch is closer to what the industry calls bridge tooling — a softer, faster mould that carries a design through its first production run without the upfront cost of a steel tool. You are not stockpiling inventory just to amortise a mould. If your volume sits above 1,000 pieces, the bulk ordering terms apply on the finished units.
Silicone mould
Tooling under $1,000. Unit price sits slightly higher, but you are not carrying stock you do not need just to justify the tool.
