HOW WE WORK
What Ollivander actually did
The wand maker in harry potter did not sell wands off a shelf. He matched a wand to the person in front of him — core, length, the feel of it.
That is closer to our work than a catalogue is. You bring the customer, the market and the look; we work out which mechanism belongs inside it. Five configurations, and one of them is right for what you are selling — from the Fireball Wand to the Almighty Wand Pro.
All we need is a sketch. A hand drawing, a rough idea, or a sentence that begins “if only it could do this” — we turn custom harry potter wand designs into something that can be tooled and produced.

Five configurations, every one already shipping
Fire
Fireball only, as in the Fireball Wand — thirteen feet, flash paper loaded through the barrel. The simplest configuration if the effect you want is one thing done properly.
Light, or light and fire
Light only, as in the Lumos Light Up Wand. Or light-ball magic with fireballs from the barrel kit, as in the Light Ball Fire Wand. Each is a mechanism we already tool and assemble.
Everything, or a system
Smoke and five-colour light in one body, with fireballs from the barrel kit, as in the Almighty Wand Pro. Or one wand controlling multiple relics over four channels, as in the Streamlight Wand V2.
TOOLING
Three hundred pieces is enough to open a mould
For the first batch we run what the industry calls bridge tooling — a softer, faster mould that carries a design through its first production run without the upfront cost of a steel tool. You are not stockpiling inventory just to amortise a mould.
Silicone mould
Tooling quoted per project. Unit price sits slightly higher, but you are not carrying stock you do not need just to justify the tool.
