WHO WE SUPPLY
Which retailers do we supply?
We are a gift shop supplier first — that is where most of our accounts sit — but the range works just as well for toy shops, magic dealers, Halloween and seasonal stores, and event companies. Halloween is the single biggest season for this range — real flame, real smoke and light on command is what that aisle does not otherwise have. If you sell to customers at retail, the account is open to you.
A magic retailer reaches us the same way a toy shop does: one carton, free freight, dealer pricing after approval. There is no separate magic shop wholesale channel and no separate price list — one account covers the whole range.
Buyers who find wholesale suppliers through a catalogue usually get a price list and nothing else. What a gift shop supplier should actually carry is below.

S1 · State Dealer
Start at one carton with free freight to a US warehouse. State-level territory protection from the first order, dealer pricing after approval, and no pallet minimum to get in.
S2 · Regional Importer
From 500 units. EXW or FOB quoting so you control freight and customs entry, regional terms agreed case by case, and first consumables travelling with your main consignment. The Streamlight range runs through importers only.
ODM Projects
Twenty years and more than a hundred magic prop projects. Firmware, electronics, mechanism, industrial design and tooling are all in-house — bring us a concept and we quote quantity and lead time.

What comes with the account
We are the factory. There is no importer, no master distributor and no middleman between us and your shelf — which is where the pricing comes from.

FOR IMPORTERS
For importers and distributors
If you are a toy distributor or a regional importer rather than a single storefront, the S2 tier is where you start — the same gift shop supplier terms, one layer up. Five hundred units, EXW or FOB quoting, and territory terms agreed case by case.
The Streamlight range — the wand and four relics — is available through importers only for now. A new line needs somebody who will work the market rather than shelve it and wait — which is a different conversation from a gift shop supplier filling a shelf.

We are an R&D and manufacturing-oriented company with many years of experience developing magic props. Our mission is to bring the products we create to markets around the world — but we are well aware how difficult it is to serve consumers well over long distances.
So we are building a wholesale distribution network instead — dealers close enough to their customers to deliver quickly, answer a question and handle a return. That is the business we want to be in.
Through that network we believe consumers get faster delivery and better service — and that is the best way to carry our brand’s value to them.

BEFORE YOU APPLY
Questions dealers ask first
1 Will you compete with me for my own customers? +
No. Freight and duty on one unit cost more than the item earns, and we cannot service a return at that distance. The shop is where you order a sample before committing to a carton.
2 How to become a retailer of your products — what is the minimum? +
One carton. The unit count varies by model — 49 units for most wands, 40 packs for flash paper — and the exact figure is on each product’s Info tab. There is no pallet requirement and freight to your US warehouse is included.
3 How does territory protection work? +
State-level protection comes with an S1 account from your first order. Regional exclusivity is available above 500 units as an S2 account, with terms agreed case by case. Once a territory is covered, orders from that area route to the dealer holding it.
4 What happens when I need to restock consumables? +
Domestically. Flash paper, smoke oil, flash cotton and spare spools ship from our California warehouse rather than on another international consignment. Consumables also sit outside the 500-unit threshold, so you can reorder paper without committing to a wand volume.
5 Do I have to be a magic shop? +
No. As a gift shop supplier we serve gift shops, toy shops, Halloween and seasonal stores, and event companies as well as magic dealers. If you are looking specifically for a harry potter wand dealer arrangement, that is one of the lines — but the account covers the whole range.
6 How long does approval take, and what happens next? +
One to two business days. On approval, dealer pricing appears when you are logged in, the resources library opens, and your territory is recorded. If you are unsure about any answer on the form, put down what you know — we will follow up.
